Can I buy Vehicle insurance without a license?
You can obtain auto insurance even if you don’t have a drivers license. Someone may well wonder why somebody would want to but there are a number of good reasons somebody might , all relating to protecting themselves and their stuff.
- You’re attempting to get your license and need to drive your learner’s permit prior to taking the driving test.
- You do not drive for health factors however you own a car or truck and a relative or a caregiver drives for you.
- You have a foreign drivers license and are visiting the United States.
- You don’t drive but you have a teenager who wishes to drive however you need to purchase the car or truck in your name since they are underage.
- Your license is suspended, you probably wish to get insurance and an SR22 filing so you can get your license back.
In all these circumstances and more we can help you in getting insurance coverage even if don’t have a driver’s license.

Also, some representatives might not know how and why it can be done or may just not want to be bothered and therefore will brush you off with a fast ‘no’. Let us help. We know our stuff.
Should I simply buy state minimum liability limits?
If you have no savings or assets, minimal liability coverage might suffice but it would not be enough to take care of major injuries or to repair/replace a more recent auto. Without adequate coverage, your future wages might be garnished to cover the damages you create.
If you just have the state-required $10,000 property damage and hit a car worth say $20,000, the insurance company will pay the $10,000 however you are accountable for the rest.
Essentially, you are self-insuring for anything over the insurance limits you have actually purchased. If you don’t wish to have your income garnished or your possessions sold, seriously consider getting higher limits of liability.
May I drive an automobile I just purchased without insurance coverage?
You cannot legally drive a car or truck without insurance coverage. Even if you just now purchased it. Washington state mandates all autos driven on public roads to be properly insured. The fact that you recently acquired the car or truck does not change the requirement.
Thankfully, if all your presently owned vehicles are covered with one insurer then the coverage for those vehicles by default transfers for a few days (consult with your insurance company to find out exactly how much time).
If every one of your automobiles are not insured with a single insurer, you will wish to call your company before you drive off with the car. If you do not have an insurance policy, you will certainly want to call Mid-Columbia Insurance prior to driving off the lot

Sometimes the cheapest rate is not the best deal. Are you getting the coverage you require? Does the insurance policy have limits and exclusions that are reasonable to you?
An easy method for an insurance provider to have low rates is to deny every claim. Choose an insurer with a good reputation and not an insurer whose only marketing has to do with saving you 15% or saving those who switch some fake dollar amount – you know it is a lie. They understand it works.

- Only carry the protections you have to have.
- Raise your deductibles.
- Get quotes from a number of insurance companies. Each insurer weighs rating elements in a different way so costs can differ by hundreds of dollars. As an independent agency, Mid-Columbia Insurance automatically shops multiple insurers for you.
- Stop collecting tickets like others gather Pokemon.

About Bryn Mawr-Skyway
Bryn Mawr-Skyway (pronounced from Welsh for “big hill”) is a census-designated place (CDP) in King County, Washington, United States. The population was 15,645 at the 2010 census.
Bryn Mawr-Skyway is the only CDP in the Seattle metropolitan area to have reported a majority-minority population in the 2000 census. Since that time, the area has grown even more diverse. As of the 2010 census, the cultural makeup of the Skyway area is almost evenly balanced between White, Black or African American, and Asian community members.
Skyway lies in an “unincorporated island” bordered to the north by the city of Seattle, to the west by Tukwila, and to the south and east by Renton. Though it is surrounded by major municipalities, its limited infrastructure and low-income demographics have made it an unattractive area to incorporate. It is frequently along the shortest route of travel for commuters using local streets to enter Seattle from the southeast. The neighborhood was mostly developed just after World War II as affordable housing for returning veterans. The area remains an affordable area close to the high employment areas of Renton and Seattle. The name “Skyway” may be derived from the area’s siting on a high ridge in western Washington’s hilly terrain, a name that echoes the Welsh “Bryn Mawr” (also the name used for a village and several other places), which means “big hill”.
