Longhorn Lane: A woman reported her neighbor’s dog was killing her livestock around 9 a.m. Thursday.

Diamond Avenue: A German shepherd was loose in the parking lot at Shasta College around 9:30 a.m. Thursday.

Arrests

Anthony Ray Ferris: 39, of Red Bluff was arrested Thursday and charged with burglary. No bail was set.

Jerrel Dwayne Ford: 37, of Cottonwood was arrested Thursday and charged with buying or receiving a stolen vehicle. No bail was set.

DeJuan Idel Helms: 45, of Spokane, Washington was arrested Thursday and charged with giving or transporting marijuana more than 28.5 grams, possession for sale of narcotics and transportation for sale of narcotics. No bail was set.

Martin Valencia: 31, of Chico was arrested Thursday and charged with possession of brass knuckles, possession of a controlled substance for sale and sale of a controlled substance. No bail was set.

Kyle David Welker: 24, of Red Bluff was arrested Thursday and charged with felony vandalism. No bail was set.

Matthew Willard Castelli: 46, of Gerber was arrested Friday and charged with manufacturing a controlled substance. No bail was set.

Jesse Angelo Martinez: 37, of Red Bluff was arrested Saturday and charged with altering a firearm’s identification marks, possession of a firearm and ammunition while prohibited and possession of a firearm by a felon. No bail was set.

Michael Anthony Rogers: 39, of Orland was arrested Saturday and charged with violating probation. No bail was set.

Christina Lynn Sain: 46, of Red Bluff was arrested Saturday and charged with possession of a controlled substance for sale and sale of a controlled substance. No bail was set.

Kimberly Chang: 30, of Sacramento was arrested Sunday and charged with corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. No bail was set.

Ronald James Grissom: 50, of Red Bluff was arrested Sunday and charged with buying or receiving a stolen vehicle. No bail was set.

Rhonda Ruth Penrod: 63, of Corning was arrested Sunday and charged with arson of a structure or forest land. Bail was $75,000.

Jonathan David Abbott: 28, of Red Bluff was arrested Monday and charged with violating parole. No bail was set.

Andrews Street: A woman’s ex husband was banging on her car attempting to get to her and had made threats against her and her family around 2 a.m. Thursday.

Sherwood Boulevard: Neighbors were yelling and a shot was heard around 8 p.m. Thursday.

Stagecoach Road near Leisure Landing: Two shots and yelling were heard around 9 p.m. Thursday.

Pack Saddle Road: Ten shots were heard around 11:40 p.m. Thursday.

Cypress Drive: Multiple shots were heard around 10:30 a.m. Saturday.

Indian Creek Drive: The windows of a vehicle were reported shot out around 7:10 p.m. Saturday.

SR 99E: A man and woman were fighting around 8:30 p.m. Saturday at Lassen Steak House.

Sherwood Boulevard: People were fighting in front of a home around 12:30 a.m. Sunday.

Kilkenny Lane: A woman followed another woman from Gerber School around 8:10 a.m. Monday to admonish her for not waiting in line; the other woman struck the woman following her when confronted.

North Street: A man was threatening neighbors around 11:20 p.m. Monday.

Fire

Kirkwood Avenue near Flournoy Avenue: An explosion was reported in a fifth wheel trailer and it was fully engulfed in fire around 2 p.m. Monday.

Suspicious

Mariposa Avenue: People were seen breaking into a home around 9 p.m. Friday.

Everett Freeman Way: A firearm was found while cleaning a room at Rolling Hills Casino around 10 a.m. Monday.

Terrace Road: A man made several calls and sent emails to the Rancho Tehama Association threatening to torture and kill association members around 11:50 a.m. Monday.

First Street near Johnson Street: A flashlight was moving around inside a condemned home around 8 p.m. Monday.

Thefts

Antelope Boulevard: A Smith and Wesson 642 pistol was reported stolen at the Tehama District Fairground around 2:10 p.m. Friday.

Ricalia Lane: Power tools and a generator were reported stolen from a home around 2:30 p.m. Friday.

Everett Freeman Way: A woman reported her unlocked truck was broken into in the parking lot at the Rolling Hills Equestrian Center around 7 p.m. Friday.

Barham Avenue: A 2005 Suzuki quad was reported stolen from a shop around 3:40 p.m. Sunday.

Adobe Road: Mail was reported stolen from Via Ventura and dumped in a mailbox at Ide Adobe State Park around 9 a.m. Monday.

Gamay Court: A man reported his financial aid was sent to his girlfriend’s bank account and she was refusing to give it to him around 11:45 a.m. Monday.

Kristen Court: Gas was reported stolen from a woman’s vehicle around noon Monday.

Stephens Road near Ballard Road: Mail was dumped on the side of the road around 12:30 p.m. Monday.

Britt Lane: A green camouflage Kona Unit mountain bike was reported stolen from a garage around 4 p.m. Monday.
