Sunnyside WA Police Department
The Sunnyside Police Department is composed of 31 sworn officers, which includes the Chief of Police, and two Commanders. The department also operates a dispatch center and a 97-bed jail. We are supported in our efforts by a group of 15 volunteer reserve officers and an Explorer Post made up of 20 high-school-aged youths who support police operations during special events.
